During the initial consultation, we require full payment from new clients and at least 50% payment of the total fee from existing clients.

You must notify us of any person coming to the house while you are away. If we arrive at your house and there is an unexpected visitor, we will call the police.
We do not job share. Do not allow any friend, family member, or neighbor to care for the pet at the same time we are scheduled to do so. There are too many things that could happen to jeopardize the business or your home.
All clients must call us upon their return home. We need to know that there is someone there to take care of your pet. If you do not call, we will continue the care of your pet and you will be billed accordingly.
Cleaning supplies must be available in the case of sick animals who may have accidents
