An average visit lasts 20 to 30 minutes by the time we arrive at your home. We feed, walk, and play/socialize with your pet as well as any other services requested. This ensures a stability in your pets normal schedule and gives your home a "lived in look".
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled appointment to recieve a refund. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will have to pay the full, agreed upon price.
Visits after 7:00 pm will be charged an additional $5.00.
