How it Works
Once you contact us, we will set a time to have an initial consultation so we can meet you and your pet. The interview lasts about half an hour so that we can obtain the information about the pets and the environment to take care of them the best way possible.
We will need to know your vacation plans and emergency numbers, the medical history of your pet, medications your pet will need, as well as the behavior of your pet and daily routine. We will also need any alarm codes, garage entry codes, parking permits, and electronic gate card.
Remember to make an extra key before the initial consultation if that is the way you would like us to come into your home.
A service agreement, Veterinary Emergency Treatment form, and Pet History will be filled out and signed by the end of the consultation and at that time, payment will be due.
